At a young age I was following my grandfather in the woods squirrel and rabbit
hunting or to the lake to go fishing. But it wasn't until I was 11 years old and
passed my hunter safety course that I was lucky enough to draw my first deer tag
and truly get hooked. The pure adrenaline that ran through me the day I took my
first deer still exists every time I enter the woods on my next adventure.
Deer hunting is my true passion. I am lucky enough to live in Illinois, the land of the
giants. I have watched our whitetail herd grow and grow. With a two buck limit it is
not uncommon to see many bucks grossing over 150 in a years time. I have been
fortunate enough to have taken several of these Illinois giants and have set my
sights on putting these bucks on video and passing some of my knowledge along.
I am married to Stacey and have two children,Hunter and Mya. It is awesome to
have the support and understanding of my family to be able to put the time in the
woods to pursue my love of hunting. If at all possible be sure to take a kid hunting
it will surely change there life.
I am the General Manager at King City Chrysler and Ford Square in Mt. Vernon
Illinois. I have worked here for the past 14 years so if you need a vehicle I can
hook you up - I have to support my hunting habit somehow!
